SHIPPING POLICY
All parcels are sent using Australia Post.
EXPRESS POSTAGE

Express Parcels are posted the next business day with Australia Post as long as the order is placed before 5pm.

If ordering pressed flowers only, note next section below.

Any orders received on a Friday-Sunday are posted on the Monday after.

If there is a public holiday the parcel will be posted the next business day.

Currently Australia Post do not have a next day delivery guarantee for express post parcels and postage can sometimes take 3-5 days.

Piccolo Edibles do not take responsibility for any delays in shipping as this is a service outside of our control. It is the responsibility of the customer to allow for enough time for postage.
EXPRESS POSTAGE PRESSED FLOWERS ONLY

Pressed Flowers Express are sent as a letter (up to 3 sheets of flowers) and ship a lot faster than regular parcels. Pressed flowers being shipped to capital cities (and non regional areas in NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT are usually received the next day from day of shipping).

STANDARD POSTAGE

Standard post parcels are posted within two business days (usually next day). That means that orders received on a Thursday or Friday may be dispatched on the following Monday. We are located in a rural area and do not travel to the post office every day. If you have a time sensitive parcel then express post is recommended.

UNCLAIMED OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.

It is also the customer’s responsibility to follow tracking advice and be present when order is being delivered.

If the parcel is undeliverable, it will then be taken to the local post office or relevant postal centre until claimed. If customer does not claim this order within 5-10 business days (may differ depending on location), the order may be returned to us, and in such a case we do not offer a refund or replacement, however can re-send the order if the customer is willing to cover postage costs.
REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will provide a replacement or refund if an item is faulty or significantly not as described.

We do not provide a refund for change of mind.

If a product/jar is broken during transit we will provide a refund or replacement only when a photo of the damaged product is provided.

Before a products is returned , you must email us: info@piccoloedibles.com.au so we can provide you with return details. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
