20g Freeze dried whole lemon slices. Perfect for decorating cocktails, cakes and cupcakes and dessert platters.. The lemon slices are crunchy with a tangy lemony flavour. 
 
The freeze drying process maintains appearance and colour of the fresh lemon which means this product can be kept on hand and used as needed, with the look or fresh fruit! 
 
Note, these lemons are organic and sometimes have small imperfections on the rind. Mostly they look amazing however!
